Why this collection exists

The estate committee agreed at the March residents' meeting that the four gates need cameras and recorded footage that the security company can hand over to residents when something happens.

How the target was worked out. Three supplier quotations were collected. The middle quotation of KES 432,000 was accepted, plus KES 48,000 for the first year of maintenance.

What success looks like. Four working cameras, recorded footage retained for thirty days, and a signed maintenance contract held by the estate committee.

Rules for changes
