Submitting a photo, note or document places a record in front of the person who confirms the condition. It is not the confirmation itself.
Why it matters
Performers often stop following up after uploading evidence, and then wonder why nothing progressed.
How it works
- 1The evidence provider submits the record.
- 2The status becomes submitted, or needs clarification if something is missing.
- 3The named confirmer records a permitted response about the condition.
- 4Only then does the condition move towards satisfied.
A practical example
A site supervisor uploads a delivery photo at 4pm. Mary, the confirmer, is at a funeral and confirms the next morning. The condition is satisfied on the morning, not at 4pm.
Common misunderstanding
Uploading is treated as approval.

- Check who is named as the confirmer.
- Check whether the evidence status says submitted or accepted for evaluation.
